KNOW YOUR OPTIONS
THE FINISH IS ONLY THE START.
Your identity should hold together beyond the shirt. A banner at an event, a promotional display, or a sign for your business can carry the same visual language into the spaces people actually visit. The most useful starting point is the message itself: what someone needs to notice, understand, and do next.
Grizzly offers signs and banners by request, with custom sizes and options for indoor and outdoor use. Every display has its own setting. Share where it will go, how large it needs to be, and how long you intend to use it so the project can be reviewed around those conditions.
01
Build the message around viewing distance
A banner someone passes at a distance has a different job from a display they can stand beside. Lead with the information that matters first, then decide which supporting details are truly necessary. Include a photograph of the setting or describe the expected viewing distance so the hierarchy, size, and amount of copy can be discussed.
02
Describe the environment
Indoor and outdoor placements create different material needs. Tell the shop whether the display will be protected or exposed, temporary or intended for repeated use, and how you plan to position it. These details help the project discussion; they do not replace a review of the specific material, finish, and site requirements.
03
Measure before choosing a format
Provide the available width and height, along with a photo of the display area if possible. Explain how the finished piece will be supported or attached, and call out any edges or obstacles that could hide the artwork. Custom sizing is part of the service conversation, while mounting and installation arrangements should be confirmed separately.

YOUR PROJECT CHECKLIST
A little preparation. A better conversation.
Write the final headline, contact details, dates, and other wording exactly as they should appear.
Provide measured dimensions, orientation, and the number of signs or banners you need.
Share your logo and artwork, plus any existing apparel graphics that the display should match.
Describe the indoor or outdoor location, intended use, and proposed method of display.
Include the date the piece is needed and note any event or site requirements already known.
Some decisions need your actual artwork. These answers will help you start the conversation.
Are signs and banners part of the regular services?+
Yes, signs and banners are available by request. Send the dimensions, intended use, and artwork so the shop can confirm the available approach for your project.
Can I request a custom size?+
Yes. Provide your measured space and desired dimensions rather than relying on a visual estimate. Material, finishing, and production options still need to be confirmed against those requirements.
Can the artwork match our shirts or event merchandise?+
Share the same original logo and graphics, and explain which elements should remain consistent. A sign may need a different layout to read at a distance, so include the display size and complete wording as well as the apparel reference.
Does a signage quote include installation?+
Ask the shop to confirm what your quote includes. Describe how and where the display will be used, and discuss mounting, hardware, installation, and any site-specific requirements before making arrangements.
