BEFORE WE
GET PRINTING.
I have an idea, but I do not know which service to choose. Where do I start?+
Start with the result: the product, who will use it, the quantity, and the look or feel you want. Add your artwork or a reference if you have one. A bold graphic, a stitched logo, a raised finish, and individual names each suggest different approaches; the shop can review the options around your actual project.
What makes a useful quote request?+
Include the service or idea, product type, quantity, garment colors and sizes, artwork, intended locations, and the date you need the order in hand. For signs and banners, add measured dimensions and the display setting. It is fine to mark an undecided detail as a question instead of guessing.
What are the order minimums?+
Screen printing requests start at 12 pieces. Other services and mixed projects need an individual review. Give the shop your actual quantity and describe any changes in artwork, product, or personalization across the order.
What if my artwork is not ready?+
Share the clearest version you have and explain what is final and what is still an idea. Original artwork is useful, and a separate reference can communicate the intended style. Ask the shop what preparation is needed before assuming a screenshot or small image is ready for production.
How much will my project cost?+
The quote depends on the products, quantities, artwork, decoration locations, and production approach. Personalization, specialty finishes, or signage specifications can add their own requirements. The project brief gathers those details so Grizzly can discuss the scope and confirm pricing; it is not an instant price calculator.
How far ahead should I get in touch?+
Contact the shop as soon as you know the project and the date you need it. Include the actual in-hand deadline, especially for an event. Production timing depends on the work and availability, so a requested date needs to be reviewed and confirmed by Grizzly before you make plans around it.
Can we combine several products or services in one project?+
Yes, you can describe the complete idea in one request: for example, printed tees, embroidered caps, and an event banner. List quantities and artwork requirements for each item. The shop can review the parts together and explain how they affect the quote and schedule.
What happens after I build my project brief?+
Review the details, then open the prepared email draft and add your artwork before sending it to Grizzly. You can also download the brief for reference. Building the brief does not place an order or send an email automatically; the next step is a conversation with the shop.
